Board Members of AD99 Solutions
Dewayne Brown is the founder of 2Tenths Speed & Agility and is an International Fitness Professional Association (IFPA) certified trainer.
For the foundation, he oversees all programs and services associated with the Sports Academy. Brown is also the current trainer of AD99 Solutions’ founder Aaron Donald.
Since 2004, he has been grooming Pittsburgh’s inner-city athletes to potentially go on to play collegiate and professional sports.
Prior to launching his own training business, Brown spent 20+ years working for the Pittsburgh Board of Education.
Brown is a Pittsburgh native, having grown up in Beltzhoover and graduated from Carrick High School. He also attended Thiel College.
Pittsburgh native, Ayo Fapohunda is a broker with Marsh-JLT and co-founder of Preps.com, a college athletic recruiting site.
For the foundation, he will serve as the chairman of the board, providing strategic direction and oversight for all organizational initiatives.
Ayo has previously served as part of the personnel and football operations department for the Ohio University and Arizona Rattlers. He later worked with both the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers scouting departments.
Ayo has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management/Economics from Ohio University and a master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Duquesne University. Ayo currently lives in Washington D.C. with his wife Ryann.
Brian Rossi is a Pittsburgh-area media executive and entrepreneur. He is the also the co-founder of Preps.com, a college athletic recruiting site.
For the foundation, Brian brings a wealth of business and technology acumen. He’ll play a vital role in developing and maintaining the organization’s mission and outreach efforts.
Brian serves on a handful of local advisory boards across media and education, speaking occasionally about product management and the future of the media industry to graduate level classes and at conferences.
Brian has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Brian currently lives in Pittsburgh.
James Williams is currently the director of local government relations at the University of Pittsburgh. He also serves on the City of Pittsburgh’s Advisory Board on Entrepreneurship and Start-ups.
For the foundation, James brings a tremendous wealth of strategic planning and development and community and government engagement that will help guide the organization’s long-term growth.
James served 10 years in the United States Air National Guard. While stationed at Andrews Air Force Base, he was a legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (D-TX). In this role, he worked on a number of speeches, bills, amendments, and responded to constituent inquiries on a multitude of topics.
He is a graduate of Hampton University School of Business. He is also a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc’s Leadership Development Initiative. James is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, where he served two terms as Vice President of it’s local chapter. James currently lives in Pittsburgh with his wife Brooke and their two children, James and Jade.
