AD99 Afterschool All-Stars

The AD99 Afterschool All-Stars program equips students with the mindset, leadership skills, and personal development tools needed to succeed both in the classroom and beyond. Through a series of interactive workshops, participants explored goal setting, motivation, emotional intelligence, stress management, leadership, confidence building, and developing a growth mindset. Throughout the program, students learned how to overcome obstacles, manage challenges, build resilience, strengthen their character, and prepare for future opportunities, including college and career success. The curriculum emphasizes life skills that extend beyond athletics, empowering young people to become confident leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers.
