NIL (Name, Image, & Likeness) Program

Team Donald is a year-long NIL education and mentorship program designed to support 4 high school seniors as they transition into college athletics. The program focuses on equipping student-athletes with the knowledge, resources, and guidance needed to navigate NIL opportunities with confidence, integrity, and long-term vision.

Through the Aaron Donald Foundation and in partnership with Athletes First, Team Donald will provide select athletes with financial support, NIL education, and access to trusted industry experts, ensuring they are prepared both on and off the field.

• Educate student-athletes on NIL fundamentals and best practices
• Provide early exposure to professional representation and career pathways
• Promote financial literacy, brand responsibility, and long-term planning.
• Support athletes during the critical transition from high school to college
